Our process, step by step

Prior to snowfall, we run a tailored checklist: map hazards, prep melt, and pair operators to zones. Coordinators monitor pavement temps and adjust routes hourly.

When flakes start, operators move with preloaded service plans. Edge guards stay conservative near curbs to guard your investment. Hand crews stage to walkways and align with plows so staff stay unhindered.

During long events, we re-pass priority areas on rotating cadence. Melt is refreshed where wind tunnels trigger refreeze. We log photos every round so you see exactly what was cleared.

Once accumulation stops, we run a closure pass to clean edges, melt stragglers, and leave notes with timestamps and follow-up plan. If wind will drift, we set a proactive touch to guard against black ice.

Safety and compliance

Safety drives our playbook. All team leads preps on equipment care, ADA access, and visibility around pedestrians. We use cone lines in wind and keep two-way comms in case networks lag.

City codes shape our service cadence. We block drain burial and leave ADA ramps open. Abrasive mixes match foot traffic so traction stays high without runoff.

Insurance partners prefer us because logs deliver with timestamps, geo tags, and crew signatures. If you need certificates, we provide them fast and refresh them each season.

Service area highlights

We operate across Neah Bay, Washington with zoned teams so windows stay short. Main corridors get entry-focused support, while business campuses see wide-lane plowing patterns that reduce wheel spin.

Healthcare centers receive dedicated attention for priority ramps. Retail centers benefit from pre-dawn coverage so guest hours stay uninterrupted. HOAs can request cul-de-sac clearance with documented passes.

We map wind tunnels and adjust visit cadence for each micro-zone. That level of detail keeps clean entries even when the storm stalls.

Residential and commercial care

Commercial sites need documented service. We coordinate with shift changes so teams arrive without hazard. Healthcare operators depend on us for clean thresholds that enhance their brand.

Community clients appreciate quiet dawn passes that respect neighbors. We sweep side doors and de-ice walks so families move safely.

Maintenance and prevention

Refreeze is the quiet risk. We pre-treat before storms to block bond. After a sweep, we salt wind tunnels where temps hold cold.

We review downspouts for ice dams and free them so meltwater drains away from entries. We place salt bins in high-risk spots for fast re-treats during long events.

Our de-icer blends match traffic patternsasphaltso traction stays strong without staining. We document what we apply so you know coverage clearly.

Neah Bay is a census-designated place (CDP) on the Makah Reservation in Clallam County, Washington, United States. The population was 935 at the 2020 census. It is across the Canada–US border from British Columbia. Originally called "Scarborough Harbour" in honor of Captain James Scarborough of the Hudson's Bay Company, it was changed to Neah in 1847 by Captain Henry Kellett. Kellett spelled it "Neeah Bay". The name "Neah" refers to the Makah Chief Dee-ah, pronounced Neah in the Klallam language. During the summer months, Neah Bay is a popular fishing area for sports fishermen. Another attraction is the Makah Museum, which houses artifacts from a Makah village partly buried by a mudslide around 1750. Many people also visit to hike the Cape Trail or camp at Hobuck Beach. An emergency response tug is stationed at Neah Bay which has saved 41 vessels since its introduction in 1999.
