Our process, step by step

Prior to snowfall, we run a site-specific checklist: map hazards, prep melt, and assign crews to sections. Coordinators watch live radar and update routes hourly.

When ice threatens, operators roll out with pre-set run cards. Edge guards stay conservative near curbs to guard your investment. Foot teams fan out to walkways and work in sync with plows so staff move freely.

Through multi-day systems, we cycle critical areas every 60-90 minutes. Melt is refreshed where shade invite refreeze. Teams capture photos every round so you see exactly where we focused.

After the storm, we perform a final sweep to clean edges, treat slick spots, and deliver a recap with time stamps and next steps. If temps will drop, we set a preventive touch to block black ice.

Safety and compliance

Safety drives our playbook. All team leads trains on equipment care, ADA access, and visibility around delivery staff. We use flags in low light and keep two-way comms in case cell coverage dips.

Municipal rules guide our pile placement. We block drain burial and leave ADA ramps ready. Salt rates align with foot traffic so traction stays high without runoff.

Compliance officers prefer us because photos arrive with time codes, locations, and service notes. Should you request certificates, we provide them fast and update them each season.

Service area highlights

We operate across Barbour County WV with regional pods so windows stay short. Main corridors get entry-focused support, while industrial parks see wide-lane plays that protect assets.

Schools get dedicated attention for ADA routes. Mixed-use blocks benefit from pre-dawn coverage so open hours keep flowing. Gated communities can opt into sidewalk care with documented passes.

We record wind tunnels and adapt visit cadence for each micro-zone. That focus keeps clean entries even when the storm stalls.
